Convenient location on busy street, 5-minute walk to beach. Spacious rooms with comfy beds, rooftop jacuzzi, and kitchenette. Helpful and friendly staff, went above and beyond to accommodate needs. Well-maintained pool area. Would gladly stay again for a relaxing beach getaway.

The administration needs improvement

Perfectly clean and the staff was fantastic friendly and extremely friendly. The room was good value for money and large with safe for safety measures. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, supermarkets and other service providing shops, supermarkets and the local bars and restaurants. Tried some nice meals at Aew Seafood Resterant, located easy walk to the venue.

We didn't want to say goodbye, would definitely recommend. Thanks a lot all for a good stay for 13 nights. The hotel had a nice and perfect position, on the main walking street in Kamala.

The Palms offers great value for money, with affordable prices and good facilities. The hotel is conveniently located on the beach road, making it central to everything in Kamala Beach. The staff provide excellent service and are attentive to detail. The rooms on the 3rd floor, especially the two-bedroom ones, are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast, included in the room rate, offers a nice choice of options.

the apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 toiletes and a kitchen, and dvd in the living room so that was very nice.

they made us paid the minute we arrive to the hotel, when we wanted a taxi to go to the airport they offered it 200 bth more expensive than in any other place.

the staff was very helpful. They offered many tips abt getting around and where to go. The size of the apt was perfect. Dinner menu was great.

They need to install a microwave in the kitchen. Also, breakfast starts a little late so if you are early birds like us, you either have to go out for breakfast or wait till abt 8:30. The selection for breakfast was decent but could be better

Poolside rooms

Loud music being played poolside was annoying.

I had a fantastic stay at The Palms in Kamala! The spacious apartments with two bedrooms were perfect for our group. I loved the main bedroom with the ensuite overlooking the pool, and my friend had a comfortable room too. The hot shower was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's efficiency was excellent, with daily room cleaning and quality towels provided. The location was superb, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its reasonable price, cleanliness, and excellent staff.

Apartment where internet was very patchy. Had a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a refrigerator. Location adjacent to the beach and many restaurants and shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets & shops, and cafes.

It was a great location for us, near beach and many good restaurants close by and the tourist hotspots. Furthermore, to everything in Kamala.
